Tric Trac Hostel

I love my stay here. The hostel is very well located, and has a metro station nearby. The whole place is clean. They have a friendly staff. Comfy rooms and great breakfast. On Friday there was also free pasta in the evening. There is a small kitchen if you want to cook something. And there is fruit and other things to eat for free during the day. They also serve drinks in the evening. I really liked that it was quiet and everyone staying there was very respectful. 100% recommended

The hostel is located in a very central and secure area. You can walk everywhere. The rooms have private bathrooms, and each bed has its own locked locker. The common areas are quite enjoyable. I find the breakfast to be quite successful for a hostel. Throughout the day, they offer snacks like fruit and various baked goods. I recommend staying here with peace of mind.

Awesome hostel!! I stayed in a 12 mixed bedroom. The beds are super sturdy and comfy and you never feel when the others move, we asked for blankets and the staff brought it to our beds, so nice. The breakfast is included and super complete, similar to the ones you get in hotels. The staff is amazingly caring. Location is perfect, close to everything and every means of transport is within a 5/10min walk. I 100% recommend this hostel. You won’t regret it :)

The best hostel in Naples for me! Fantastic location on the edge of the old town. Very clean, comfortable, great air conditioning. Included breakfast on top level is nice. The staff were the best aspect though - really friendly and helpful. I’d like to particularly thank Zaira and Lorenzo for their kindness and attention to detail. Lorenzo helped guide me to purchase a ticket to the football match - including personally dropping me on his scooter near a ticket office. Zaira smoothly organised me a cab to the airport when I was leaving, which picked me up from the reception. Lots of love, I’ll be back again ♥️

(Late review - stayed early Feb. 2023) I chose this hostel because a friend recommended it, but I was hesitant at first because of the price being a bit higher than what I was hoping for; but.. it was worth every euro. First time encountering 3-level bunk beds, but I found it surprisingly comfortable (I stayed in the middle bed). The breakfast was great, the people were great, the location super convenient, and I got lucky and was there for one of their communal dinner events where they made delicious pasta. Had some missing item situations (luckily not mine), and the staff were helpful in figuring out a solution and helping reunite the owners with their stuff. Special shoutout to Zaira for being a HUGE help on my last day as I was trying to coordinate my leave. I was having trouble purchasing my bus ticket online and she took the time to brainstorm with me ideas on paying and confirming my transport (ended up taking a train). I also got to observe her as she was checking in a flood of incoming guests, and I was so impressed with how calm, organized, and clear she was with everyone, it was a sight to see and her professionalism was truly admirable. Thank you so much for your help again!!
